Location: Coppell, TX 75019 | Hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 days remote)
COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE
• $25–$29 per hour based on experience
• 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday
• Temp-to-hire, W2 employment
• Start date: ASAP
ROLE IMPACT
This position is instrumental in attracting high-caliber talent for new store openings and ensures seamless recruitment operations through collaboration with field leadership, all while enhancing the employer's presence in the market.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Lead recruitment lifecycle from sourcing through onboarding for new store locations
• Collaborate with operations managers to align hiring strategies with expansion goals
• Source and assess candidates for cultural fit and qualifications using multiple channels
• Conduct initial interviews and facilitate interview scheduling and coordination
• Represent the brand at hiring events, job fairs, and community outreach initiatives
• Maintain up-to-date candidate data in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
• Generate and share recruitment metrics and performance reports with leadership
• Ensure all hiring practices comply with employment laws and regulations
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
• 2+ years of high-volume recruiting in retail, restaurant, or hospitality environments
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience
• Demonstrated ability to build pipelines and manage multiple requisitions
• Proficiency in ATS and Microsoft Office tools

• Video conferencing platforms (Zoom, Teams)
• Event management tools for recruitment
PREFERRED SKILLS
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills with field stakeholders
• Experience driving employer branding in recruitment markets
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
