Job Description

Gpac has partnered with a General Contractor that is looking to add an Estimator to their team. They are a top tier company that focuses on work life balance.

Estimator Duties:

* Ensure timely estimates and submission of proposals with an emphasis on cost, schedule, and scope of work accuracy
* Understand and manage safety requirements, local building codes, and tax information for each project per location.
* Manage site walk-throughs and document items observed and discussed with the client or key specialty contractors up to point of bid submission
* Help build mutually rewarding relationships with potential clients, subcontractors, and vendors.
* Update and modify estimating database with cost data as required.

Estimator Qualifications:

* 5 years of experience as an Estimator for a licensed General Contractor
* Four year degree in Construction Management, Business Management, Engineering or up to four years of directly related experience.
