About the Role: Customer Success Manager

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Customer Success Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing high-volume corporate housing requests, ensuring seamless client experiences, and fostering strong relationships with our partners. This is a fast-paced role suited for someone who thrives in dynamic environments and is passionate about delivering top-tier customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage incoming accommodation requests, providing corporate clients and relocation partners with personalized housing solutions through our proprietary platform.

Respond to client inquiries with thoughtful recommendations in a timely and professional manner.

Build strong relationships with consultants from relocation management companies to ensure smooth service delivery.

Monitor conversion metrics and identify opportunities for process improvements.

Maintain positive engagement with hospitality partners, including hotels and serviced apartments, and participate in supplier meetings and training sessions as needed.

Conduct property inspections (as required in the U.S.) to ensure quality and compliance.

Identify market gaps and collaborate with the growth team to enhance service offerings.

Stay up to date with our technology and contribute to product development initiatives.

Actively engage in the hospitality community through training sessions, content creation, industry events, and in-person visits.

Assist in optimizing our customer success technology and processes.

What We're Looking For:

5+ years of experience in hotel reservations, corporate housing, global mobility, or relocation services.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.

Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven mindset.

Comfortable working in a fully remote environment with occasional weekend on-call rotation.

Based in the U.S.
