We’re hiring a Contract Recruiter to help drive full-cycle hiring strategy across field, commercial, and manufacturing teams nationwide. This role is key to building the workforce behind the essential services and products Americans rely on every day.

Contract Recruiter Responsibilities:

• Own and execute full-cycle recruitment for roles in manufacturing, field service, and commercial functions

• Strategically build and maintain high-quality pipelines using both traditional and creative sourcing tactics

• Collaborate with hiring managers to tailor recruiting plans to workforce needs

• Partner with staffing agencies, job boards, and other external vendors

• Analyze hiring metrics and improve recruiting performance across the board

• Bring new ideas to streamline and scale recruitment processes nationally

Contract Recruiter Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree required

• 4+ years of recruiting experience in manufacturing, distribution, or field settings

• Proven track record managing multi-location hiring strategies

• Skilled in sourcing and ATS tools

• Organized, analytical, and confident in building partnerships across teams
